To avoid returns we suggest you ask about any product you are unsure of before purchasing.
All items/products featured at Aquafinatic.com are brand new, unused items and are shipped in manufacturer packaging.
Aquafinatic does not accept returns on open products, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version unless it falls under the "special circumstances" section below.
If the supplier's original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to Aquafinatic within 14 days from purchase for an exchange or merchandise credit (excluding shipping and handling charges). Return shipping to Aquafinatic is at your own expense.
All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, and packaging will need to be returned in order for Aquafinatic to process your RMA.
RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization)
All products returned to Aquafinatic must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Aquafinatic within 14 days of your original invoice date. RMA’s expire after 14 days of your original invoice date. Once an RMA number is issued it cannot be extended or re-issued. After 14 days from purchase, Aquafinatic will no longer issue a RMA and will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, cables, components, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.
Any deviation from the returns process outlined above will result in a refusal of your return.
Seller shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations herein or for delays in delivery due to causes beyond it’s reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, acts or omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authority, Government priorities, changes in law, material shortages, fire, strikes, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riots, war-acts of terrorism, delays in transportation or inability to obtain labor or materials through regular sources. Sellers time for performance of any such obligation shall be extended for the time period of such delay or Seller may, at its option cancel any order or remaining part thereof without liability by giving notice of such cancellation to buyer.
If a manufacturer defect is noticed please contact us within the first 14 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to Aquafinatic due to manufacturer defects will be sent to the manufacturer for evaluation and inspection. Replacement items ship the same day the manufacturer approves a replacement. Aquafinatic will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability.
If packages need to be returned to Aquafinatic as a result of damaged merchandise through UPS / USPS shipping , Aquafinatic will file the damaged items claim with UPS. If a package is damaged via USPS, the customer will file the claim with the carrier. Please email us at email@example.com for an RMA number and return shipping procedures.
